Sweet ham, pepperoni, salami and provolone topped with lettuce, tomato and house vinaigrette on a whole wheat hoagie

Beef Stroganoff served with Green Beans

Slow cooked Sirloin with herbs and spices over Egg Noodles with green beans and a whole wheat roll

Pork Chop with Roasted Carrots
Baked Pork Chop with local roasted carrots and steamed brown rice

Jerked Chicken Thighs with Mango Salad & Broccoli
Chicken thighs marinated in Chef Cory's caribbean jerk sauce and baked with local mango salad and steamed broccoli

Chicken Enchiladas with Fresh Corn

Slow cooked chicken breast shredded and filled inside a homemade flour tortilla with mixed cheese, tomatoes, onion, beans, garlic and spices. Served with sweet corn on the cob.
